Below is the full recipe: Step 1-Rinse 1 cup chickpeas twice and leave overnight in water. the next day drain the water completley and pulse in a Food processor. It is best to not pulse until smooth we need a bit of coarse texture. once the chickpeas have been pulsed place in a bowl and set aside. Step 2- in the empty food processor add in 1 medium onion 1 cup coriander leaves 5-10 mint leaves 3 medium garlic 3 green chillis (more if you enjoy it spicy) now pulse the ingredients together and then add to the food processor the pulsed chickpeas from earlier step 3 -place the pulsed picture into a bowl and add Add 1 tbsp and half of All purpose flour Add 1/2 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp Red mustard seeds (optional) 1tsp cumin seeds 1tsp ground cumin 1tsp full salt. mix together with a help of little water and shape into patties or balls Step 4- Fill a medium saucepan 3 inches up with oil. Heat the oil on medium-high until it bubbles softly. Carefully drop the falafel patties in the oil, let them fry for about 2 to 4 minutes or so until crispy and medium brown on the outside. Avoid crowding the falafel in the saucepan, fry them in batches if necessary.
