Step 1 – Halve the potatoes and place the cut side down; halve each half again. Place potatoes in large saucepan; add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover loosely and boil gently for 15 to 20 minutes or until are soft but with a little firmness when pierced with fork. Drain well. You can also boil the potatoes when you are boiling your meat as I have done in the pic below
Step 2 – Get a pan or skillet cast iron that can accommodate all your potatoes. Add a tbsp oil/butter enough to cover l the bottom of your pan and let it melt. Add all your potatoes and sprinkle on to them: – pinch of salt – Pinch of black pepper – Pinch of paprika – Pinch of cumin powder
Step 3 – Fry them on medium heat 2-4 min each side tossing them about until all the spices have covered the potatoes. Remove from the heat when each side is browned to your liking
